How does the booking process work?

Booking your mobile car wash is quick and easy. Simply schedule your service online by selecting your preferred date and appointment time. Most services take approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on the service selected and any additional add-ons.

To account for travel time and appointments that may run longer than expected, your scheduled time includes a one-hour arrival window before and after your selected appointment time. For example, if you book for 1:40 PM, our team may arrive anytime between 12:40 PM and 2:40 PM.

We’ll keep you updated with notifications so you know when our team is on the way.

What should I expect during the service?

You can feel confident leaving your vehicle in our care. Our Auto Care Specialists are trained to treat your vehicle and property with care while following our established service process from start to finish.

You’re welcome to stay and watch, ask questions, or chat with our team while we work—but you do not need to be present. If access to the vehicle is required, you may hand us the keys directly or arrange a secure location for us to retrieve them, such as near the vehicle, before your appointment.

Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed of anything that requires your attention or approval. Our goal is to make the experience as convenient, transparent, and hands-off as you want it to be.
